With Phoenix Financial, we make homeownership achievable, one lease at a time.
How it works
After you make an agreement with us to finance the home, we put the title in your name and Phoenix is then listed as a lien holder. Once you pay off the home, we’re removed and you own the house free and clear.
Very simply, this is how our program works.
20% Down payment on the home
- 6% Origination fee
- 20% Interest
- 5 – 7 Year loan
EXAMPLE: “$50,000 Home Purchase”
- 20% down payment = $10,000
- $40,000 loan
- 6% origination fee = $2,400
- Total Loan = $42,400
- 20% Interest Rate @
- 5 years = $1,123.34
20% Interest Rate @ 7 years = $941.54
Land Development Financing
